We first inspect to know what to expect.

We will inspect your existing shingles to determine if new shingles are needed or if our roof coating can add 5-7 years of life to your current roof.

We must also look at the sub straight to ensure the decking is in good condition and will accept the new product. After all, installing good products over bad will fix an issue in the short term but will fail over time.
